You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

4. Custom Orders

Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. These orders are final and non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Fees

While we do not typically charge cancellation fees, orders cancelled after the 24-hour window may incur a small processing fee if the order has already entered our fulfillment process.
